Straightforward interview. Mostly interested in your work ethic and ability to learn quickly. Technical questions asked about previous projects and how one approaches new problems. Must express willingness to learn and work hard.
The interview process was very straightforward and non technical questions. Had two interviews, one informally and another one with 2 interviewers. Part of the interview was in Chinese but I responded in english.
