I recently interviewed for a Software Engineer position at TechSmart Global, and it was a pretty cool experience. It started with a friendly phone screen where we talked about my background and interest in the company. Next, I had a technical interview via video call with a senior developer. We went through some coding problems together, and I explained my thought process along the way. Then, they gave me a week-long project assignment to see how I handle real-world tasks. The final step was a panel interview with people from different departments. They asked a mix of technical and situational questions to understand how I’d fit into the team. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. In the end, I didn’t get the job, but it was a valuable experience and I learned a lot from it.
