It´s a 3- Stage Process. Firstly, phone Interview from recruiter (Screening). After passing the first stage, the recruiter will send links. Those links consists of tests which includes IQ test, personality test and others. Third one is video interview.
Very smooth and professional. They were kind and polite to listen to all your answers without interrupting. Two stages involved. First stage is basic interview whereas the second stage is more to technical, behavior and skills based.
