Email sent out to organise a teams interview with the outline of the interview. Asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation in addition to technical and competency questions. Interview started, panel introduced themselves and went straight into the presentation. No ice breaker. Technical competency questions were about Part 21 and what their area of work was. A bit disappointed as no questions were asked about transferrable experience or experience regarding what a "good" safety program looks like. No questions asked in regards to how your experience aligns with CAA values and regulatory principles. If you don't know Part 21 inside out, you are at a disadvantage. Was unfortunately quite an uncomfortable interview from the start. Requested feedback and still awaiting.
