It was fine, they asked me standard interview questions and felt very personable. Would definitely recommend preparing for your interview before you go. I would also make sure you dress appropriately.
Straight forward, to the point. Question and answer style. Can you manage to move X amount of packages in Y amount of hours? How well do you deal with difficult personalities?
It was quick, all within one day. Asked about prior experience and long term goals. They made sure we could do hard physical labor. Went over schedule and how they operate around peak season
