Interview
1st they asked to upload videos online provided with some general questions. Once selected for this round asked to come Baskin Ridge NJ for a super day event. Visited the campus had a chat with the other employee followed by some presentation. 2 persons together took interview for 45 min. Question were behavioural no technical questions were asked. Those guys were relly cool. Then it took 3 months for them to give out the rejection. When I called they were keep on saying that we are looking into your aplplication and let you know once we find a position. It is not cool to take 3 months to give out the rejection letter. I gave my best but don't know the reason regarding the rejection.
Video-on-demand interview. Pre-recorded questions, and you have 2 min to answer each question. They give you the option to paus and to prepare after reading a new question and recording you answer.
The interview was easy. It was an online interview with 5 questions. They were all basic behavior questions, no technical and you have to record your answers to the questions. The good thing about the interview was that you can answer them on your pace. So, you can prepare yourself before giving your answers. After 3 weeks, they called and invited me to Super Day Event to do more interview.
