I applied online. I interviewed at WM (Houston, TX)
Interview
Received a call from recruiter saying that the company is like family. Went to the garage site and was introduced to management and was asked about my past dispatch position and my desired pay. On the way home I was offered the position. Had to clear background check which took 2 weeks and cleared drug test. Training was 2 weeks one I class last week on the dispatching floor. Afterwards I was assigned my garage sites
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WM (Woodinville, WA) in May 2025
Interview
They scheduled me for a teams interview, and then no one showed up. Recruiter reached out as she scheduled for an on site interview. Went on to have two more teams interviews.
This place has to be a joke. I was selected to have a phone interview. I chose my time and waited on the day. NO ONE EVER CALLED. I pushed plans back for the day in hopes that maybe they were behind schedule but the next day came and I received an email saying "Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to move you forward in the hiring process." I never even interviewed. Expressed my experience to some friends and they think this company is a joke now to. I do need to thank you guys for not calling because if something as small as this happens I can only image what goes on within.
