Question 1
Am I willing to travel?
Am I willing to accommodate in the event of a natural disaster?
Your first interview is with the recruiter who will tell you about the position and its pay rate. The second interview is with a hiring manager from the facility, usually via Teams. Lastly, there’s a facility tour/in-person interview.
The interview was over zoom and was Straightforward, felt conversational. There was plenty of time to ask questions about work environment. I did accept the position. However training was near non existent due to staffing.
