Interview
Instead of the typical one on one interviews, they interviewed applicants as a cohort. There was a presentation, break out groups, then one on one interviews all while on the same call. There was another day of interviews in a similar format except there was a timed technical coding challenge that you could complete in your language of choice. The challenge itself was pretty basic. It consisted building a form with validations and another task. On the last call the group was smaller. Presumably only the people who were offered the jobs were on it. We had a quick meeting all together, then met with a leadership member to talk about the job, our coding challenge and questions. The person I had the last meeting with ended up being my manager.

Interview
The recruiter was helpful and professional, and took the time to explain the process and the role in detail.
However, my experience with the hiring manager was less positive. During the conversation it felt like the communication style was quite condescending, with an assumption that others lacked understanding of the topics being discussed.
Overall, the recruiting process itself was organized well, but the interaction with the hiring manager made me reconsider whether this would be the right team environment for me.
The interview is very good, just stick to the basics mainly on the sql and python, and some basic dsa will also be good, there are some aptitude based questions also ,so prepared for them too

The interviewer was very kind and welcoming, beginning with a general introduction to make me comfortable, and then smoothly transitioning into questions related to my core subjects and technical knowledge.
