Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati interview questions

Had a fairly easy 30m initial phone interview with a staff recruiter. It was arranged by a coordinator. The recruiter indicated during the interview that I would be moving forward, then ghosted afterward. This is increasingly common among employers, but still seems pretty classless. No response from the coordinator when I sent a polite followup email, so the ghosting was intentional.

The process was relatively quick. Although I found it very odd that I went in for a specific role and the office administrator began asking me questions about an office manager role (her role). She documented my answers to several questions about the role I was interviewing for, but midway pivoted to asking me questions about an office manager role (not the role I had applied). She stopped writing anything down on those remaining questions left. It made me suspicious. Overall, I felt her energy was to not give me the role which was fine. Until I asked the next steps I was told "I had to want it." At the end of my interview when she was seeing me out, I had to express I was interviewing for executive assistant or an upper office management role for at least a year because I felt dismissive energy from her. No one will go through a stressful 3 step interview process and lastly meet with 3 people for an hour and take from their current time if they didn't want it. That seemed very insensitive given the current climate of the work industry. The partner and associate were nice. She seemed nice, but right away I knew from her responses and attitude I didn't get it. I also work upper management and interview people and I would never take that approach.
