Poor leadership. There is a top down nepotism model. Cronyism in promotions. No mentoring or coaching. Take the worst attributes that a company can have, Berry has them all at varying degrees…usually more so than the average company out there.
Good compensation and benefits but that's about it
Cons
There is a toxic culture at Berry and very little respect for employees, It starts with poor leadership and they do not trust their employees to do their job without constant micromanagement. They do not respect work life balance, especially for working parents. It feels like you are punished for being a working parent.
Toxic place to work, their core values only apply to people in lower positions and not to those in power. Their core values trainings seem cultish and very disingenuous. There are a lot better Oil and Gas companies to work for.
