      Pros

      Training is brilliant especially the dementia training. Pay is good, access to wages when ever needed. 12 hour shifts, I got to pick my days.

      Cons

      Lack of activities for residents that are tailor made for each suite. Food, rules change constantly, each team leader works differently, moving staff around all the time doesnt work, only having 4 on an advanced dementia suite, residents are bored. Managers dont work weekends or bank holidays, Dont get paid lunch break. All staff caught a sickness bug from work wasnt allowed to work but didnt get paid, even though we got it from work.

      Conducive environment to work in, support from management is immense, Trainings by management on track and ensuring that all of us are up to date and practicing safely.

      No buddy was assigned to me making learning and indeed induction difficulty Sometimes supervision implored as punishment rather than supportive supervision for employee growth
