      Strong community, knowledgeable operators, operations schedule

      Cons

      Management. They are constantly unprofessional and bully everyone. A lot the engineers and supervisors quit because of this. A few of the ones that left really cared about the plant but couldn't stand the constant yelling, cursing, and name calling that take place from management.

      Even as an employee that was let go, I can’t say anything but very positive things about Delek US’s corporate office, refineries and terminals! Great coworkers and mentors to learn from. My advice: BUY THE STOCK!!!!

      Constantly improving which can be challenging at times, but usually for the best… It’s the oil industry!
