Business Outlook
Pros
The individual contributors and day-to-day teammates were solid. There are people here who genuinely care about the work and want to do a good job. The tools and platforms available were solid for someone in marketing.
Cons
Leadership across the two brand families rarely communicated with each other, which created constant conflicting priorities. You’d get direction from one side, execute on it, then get contradicted by the other side. Work would get designed, approved, and then stalled at launch because of last-minute leadership concerns — and somehow the person doing the work was the one held accountable. There was very little shared ownership of outcomes at the top. It felt like accountability only flowed downhill.
