Pros
They try to create an upbeat atmosphere and positive culture and do a decent job at it by providing multiple resources groups you can be part of. The workers on the floor are nice. There is work life balance, if you have an understanding manager then the balance is manageable. Hybrid Most teams are very supportive Very accepting. The environment itself is great.
Cons
Leadership is disconnected from everyday processes as things change. They don’t realize how much has been added to process while demanding more output. It’s burnout overload working on 100+ projects at once. Internal growth is there, if you’re lucky. Going through management programs doesn’t guarantee anything, and if you want to move up then you’ll also need to find time for side projects. Still, no guarantee. Great people get passed up for leadership agendas. If you’re not onboard with what they want, you’re not getting it. Not all leaders, but there are more than enough to hinder your path if you’re in the right department.
