Pros
- Nice modern facilities with perks (gym/breakrooms), - young energetic company (as in the median age of co-workers will be late-20s) - great first job for kids out of college to get resume experience in tech/sales and make contacts in professional world. - If you can get into the insurance dept, this is probably one of the best roles in the company at this level.
Cons
- Comp plan unclear and not generous, high internal competition - day-to-day work is high pressure micromanaged call-center work, - extremely disorganized "shotgun" sales approach, - out-of-date CRM is poorly maintained, - Every rep can essentially sell every product so you are competing with the entire company. - As a very young workforce, there is significant favoritism and kickup/kickdown. - Training is long, but at least paid. - Customer service will always take a backseat to sales bottom line.
