The pros and cons with this Carreer are subjective to the person I like that there is a Set Schedule 10 days on and 4 days off . I love that we Earn Point for hotel stays and car rentals and flights , receive good discounts for personal travel since you often travel with the job . The company has a lot of growth and areas you can transfer to . Great career if you like to travel There is never a dull moment and you will always learn something new
Cons
Ridiculous metrics you need to achieve . Long Days 12 hour shifts This is the hardest I’ve worked in my career but the most I’ve ever grossed as far as income . Work like balance isn’t that great . I often work on my days off just to keep from drowning .
