Pros

- Engineering leadership was present but, in my experience, people management and team support were weaker areas. - Senior leadership was less engaged with the technical side of the work, which sometimes created a disconnect with engineering priorities. - When I experienced major personal challenges, flexibility and compassion felt limited despite maintaining strong output. - Feedback channels did not feel anonymous, and raising concerns often led to uncomfortable pushback. - Over time I felt more like “just another number” than a valued contributor, and conversations around compensation were not motivating.
