Pros

Access to a wide variety of professional experiences.

Cons

Pay is way below average. Unclear hierarchy. No actual in house HR. Management offers a safe space to air grievances, ensuring confidentiality, then immediately shares what you spoke about in private. When you reach out for help, you are made to feel like a bother then given feedback for not reaching out more or sooner. Staff are blamed for lack of billable hours, but management fails to create a work environment of motivation. Very rarely given any reinforcing feedback. Management immediately gets defensive and cliquey if you bring up an issue.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and perspective. The professional growth of our staff is something we take pride in, and we are always looking for an opportunity to expand their range of experiences, I’m glad to know that is something you value as well! We have prioritized compensation packages and have ensured all current supervisors have received promotions within the last 2-18 months. I’m sorry to hear that has been your experience as a supervisor as we aim to facilitate a positive work environment for all our staff throughout the agency. Staff receive ongoing support and our clinical and HR teams are readily available to offer assistance, we will be sure to clarify how to connect with those departments for help. Although the industry standard in the field of ABA of supervisor retention across 5 years is 40%, our numbers reflect a 90% retention across 5 years, of which we are extremely proud. We attribute much of this success to providing optimal training opportunities throughout the year for all staff, implementing flexible time off policies, assigning smaller caseloads for supervisors, meeting with supervisors weekly to collaborate with and seek advice from mentors for professional development, as well as offering opportunities for local, national, and international consultation experiences for seasoned staff members. I would be happy to discuss further with you, please feel free to email employment@autismpartnership.com at your convenience if you would you like to continue the conversation more directly.

Pros

Some great supervisors tickle your brain when it comes to clinical work, love how they truly individualize curricula for each kid. When it comes to behavioral artistry, I think they do an amazing job shaping that for young upcoming individuals in the field.

Cons

Nothing to really complaint about! I had a great time and got a lot of exposure and intensive training during my time spent at the company.

They spend a lot of time training employees and supporting you in sessions. Unlike other agencies, more time is spent with supervision and training.
