      Insurance is pretty good Your uniform is prepared for you You get a (free) lunch (its deducted out of your pay)

      Cons

      Its hard to move from a different position especially if your a back of the house worker Your salary isn't great compared to the amount if workload The management is very incompetent Your days get easily which in turn decreases your salary significantly

      Pros

      The ability to transfer departments and roles was a plus and kept staff from becoming stagnant. There were multiple events that happened at the hotel allowing for great networking. Flexible hours for those looking to fill their schedule.

      Cons

      Tourist are seldom considerate of the business place and the officers on duty. Line staff can occasionally create tension in a lax space.
