Pros

- Easy Commute - Good Benefits

Cons

- No room for professional growth - If you have an issue with your manager and try to get HR involved , good luck with that they won’t reply your emails and make you deal with you manager instead. - DO NOT tell your manager if you are applying for a career step position . You will get a write up out of the blue to prevent you from transferring it happens ALL THE TIME. - Be prepared to be assaulted , due to the type of population we serve , you must be aware of your surroundings at all times . I was assaulted maybe 2ce a month . Be careful when you go to your car.

Pros

Pay is good. Some friendly people.

Cons

Lack of an onboarding training plan; the manager constantly asks, "What do you want to talk about or go over?" when you just started. Micromanagement-Manager wants to be included in every email but has not provided a guided onboarding training guide. Unrealistic hands-on training timeline: Management believes that once a topic is discussed, the new employee should take over the task immediately. Directed to work scheduled hours, nothing more, yet the work expectations exceed an 8hrs day, while others in the same role work either 7 days a week or overnight hours, and are being told to attend meetings outside of their work hours. The union mindset is extended to non-unionized salaried employees.
