      Great hours and benefits. Lots of Recognition for being safe, productive. Lots of great things do and learn environment.

      Cons

      Remember that if a few core people decide your not Boston Material they will make you dissapear. Log a trail to justify what their doing. It will appear factual. But its not. Even if you had worked there b4 with lots of awards!
