This is honest review It's the best service company in comparison to other Indian IT sectors, I have worked or have acquaintances in almost all major IT service companies and no other company could withstand the benefits/growth/integrity of Capgemini. Again Capgemini USA is way better than Capgemini India, I cannot give same reviews to India counterparts while I haven't worked there. Salaries 401k Work Life Balance Vacations Learning Mentorship from Seniors anything and everything, no second thought on joining back this great organization.

Like other companies, it really depends on project to project. You have to own your growth do little and showcase a lot. Don't just be silent contributor assuming your supervisor will do justice to you. Nope aint gonna happen, showcase network connect grow
