Pros

Other than free drinks (I don't drink) there are honestly no pros to this place. It is a terrible place to work.

Cons

The senior management is a joke and the work is more important than the safety of their employees. No matter how bad the weather or roads are I hope you don't plan on leaving early cause you won't be allowed. They claim they give bonuses but what they fail to tell you is that it is for supervisor and above.

Pros

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
