Pros

-New spacious office at Hudson Yards -Decent salary + bonus plan -Employee discounts -Aside from certain leaders, lots of smart, talented colleagues -Ownership of projects, you'll definitely learn a lot -Some departments seem to have a more flex/balanced situation than others

Cons

-High turnover rate, they cannot retain strong talent -Lack of diversity within leadership, marketing, and creative: it's not a gender diversity issue but the bigger elephant in the room... where are the people of color? -Awful work/life balance -Lots of empty promises to employees about career growth, kills morale and creates an environment where people don't trust each other -Management creates opportunities/structural changes that benefits the top, but creates more work for everyone below -Tons of red tape, incredibly challenging to get things approved, processed or done -Everyone has an opinion, but no one has a backbone: Business owners allow too many people to have an opinion, which is why process is slow and why innovation gets killed -HR will always protect leadership over anyone else -Nice guys finish last... but be a loud schmoozer and get rewarded

Pros

Working at Coach gives you a strong sense of brand identity and pride in what you sell. The training around product knowledge and client experience is solid, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re motivated and consistent. Leadership development is encouraged, and you gain valuable retail and people-management skills quickly. The team environment can be fun, fast-paced, and supportive, especially during big launches and peak seasons.

Cons

Retail hours can be demanding, especially during holidays and high-volume periods. Expectations around sales and metrics can feel intense at times, and staffing challenges can increase pressure on the floor. Work-life balance can fluctuate depending on store volume and leadership structure.
