You get to work with big name brands which looks good on paper. As far as an agency salary, this is above average.

Agency life is a mindless tedious grind that feels like being in a fast food production line. The agency model especially with one as big as this is design to accommodate as many clients as possible. Digitas has way to many people in position who are lackluster and don't have proper managerial skills but because of the level structure to maintain oversight, the work is just disorganized.
