Express Employment Professionals

Engaged Employer

“Professional” should not be in the business name. - Recruiter Express Employment Professionals Employee Review

Pros

They give you a bouquet of flowers on your first day as an internal employee. But then if they don’t like someone, they will drop you and forget about you like it’s nothing. And then, that bouquet of rose thorn flowers starts to seem like an inexplicable gesture that stings worse than their abandonment .

Cons

A lot of immature management, most of them acted like children. They all seemed to have their own cliques like it was high school.

Pros

There was opportunity to grow and move up into different roles as the company grew.

Cons

Toxic work environment, because of the small office environment it created space for everyone to talk about each other in a negative manner. There was an absurd amount of unprofessionalism when it came to talking badly about new hires/candidates when people are sitting and waiting to be interviewed. Was a very unwelcoming place when I started up until I left months later. They made my last day miserable because they treated me as if I 'betrayed' them for leaving. Before I put my two weeks in, I brought my concerns to the manager/Owner, and I was told that they did not experience any of that and dismissed me. I couldn't last more than a year because of how awful the gossiping and borderline bullying was going on. I would absolutely never recommend anyone to work for this location or look for job positions through them. You will be talked about.
