Where to start?
-RTO has been absolutely bungled. Not enough room for people, nowhere to sit, often people are going into the office to sit alone in a conference room and take video calls they could have just done from home
-Strategy is rated frequently as a low-performing division, as is Corp Dev. Pressure from the top is translating to frequent cuts. They are culling good people to try to show they are "making progress"
-No real development pipeline to exit corp dev/partnerships/strategy. Nobody in Ford wants to take these people as transfers. This is where people go to rot for the rest of their careers. Many people are trying to frantically exit this division and few are getting any internal traction.
-new MBA tuition program is a joke. Basically nonexistent
