Pros

Not working in the accounting department

Cons

Very poor management and no work life balance. Low team morale and more turnover then the rest of the company combined due to strict management that no one wants to work under. Hired best friends turn managers get to follow one set of rules, while the larger team has stricter rules they need to follow. Verbal abuse, constant denial of PTO (including holidays), discremenation, and being lied to and mislead about compensation increases are all common here. Do yourself a big favor and work anywhere else.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Four Hands. It’s a company that truly invests in its people, not just professionally, but personally as well. The benefits are a huge plus, especially the fully covered health insurance, which takes a lot of stress off employees. They also offer tuition assistance and strong professional development opportunities, which makes it easy to grow your career and keep learning. It’s clear that Four Hands values long-term growth and supports employees in reaching their goals. Overall, it’s a supportive, people-first environment with great benefits and real opportunities to develop.

Cons

there is really no health and wellness benefits

Pros

I genuinely love working at my job. I started as a loader and worked my way up to a coordinator, and along the way I’ve learned so many valuable skills. What I appreciate most is that these skills don’t just apply at work they’ve helped me in my personal life too. When I moved into my new place, I stacked the moving truck the same organized, efficient way I do on the job. It’s rewarding to work somewhere that encourages growth and teaches skills you can use every day.

Cons

Long walks and working out heavy lifting

Thank you for sharing this — and for being part of the Four Hands journey for so many years. We love hearing stories like yours. Growing from loader to coordinator is a huge accomplishment, and it’s a reflection of your work ethic and commitment. Creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and build skills that translate beyond the workplace is something we care deeply about, so it means a lot to know that’s been your experience. We also recognize that our warehouse roles are physically demanding. The long walks and heavy lifting are real parts of the job, and we’re continuously looking at ways to support our teams through safety training, equipment improvements, and operational efficiencies to make the work as safe and sustainable as possible. Thank you again for your hard work and for taking the time to share your story — we’re proud to have you on the team.
