Pros

-limitless growth -your job is FUN - opportunities for tons of activities to take clients - golf, baseball games, etc. -opportunity to make tons of money at a very young age but yes of course you have to put in the work for it -incredible culture of young, fun, motivated, supportive team

Cons

um it's hard work. it's sales, people are not always going to be nice to you and people will say no. you have to cold call at first to develop your clients. but if you can get past that and work hard - nearly 100% of people here are making over $100,000 within their second full year at the company. it's not an easy job, but if you have a good work ethic and attitude - the compensation is limitless.

Pros

- Interview / Placement was very well vetted. I was able to get through the interviews well as it aligned well with my experience.

Cons

- Onboarding is terrible. Basics like hour submissions are not communicated timely. - There is 0 career development oppurtunities with InsightGlobal. - They do not help place contractors again after contract wrap up. 0 effort. - No days off. I got sick days only because of New York's laws. - They will try to lowball during offer even after agreeing on a rate early. This one really irked me - I told them I wont be able to join if they cannot keep their word. They adjust quickly. - I was told this will be a 6 month contract. Upon joining, I realized from our HR portal it was only 3 months. I let them know this should be corrected. They never corrected and had me in a constant loop about it until a few days left in the 3 month. I felt they were being dishonest with the terms in the beginning and were unsure if the client would actually be extending for 6 months. - Healthcare coverage is literally as expensive as paying out of pocket.
