Pros

Overall, the company is very generous — the benefits, perks, and campus amenities are excellent. The team is flexible, supportive, and genuinely kind. There’s a strong sense of community, with people building real relationships both inside and outside of work in a way I haven’t experienced elsewhere. There’s also a clear willingness to help and collaborate across teams, and my manager has been genuinely supportive and encouraging which makes it easier to navigate a large, complex organization.

Cons

Much of the organization’s knowledge is context-driven rather than systematized, which can make onboarding and cross-team work more difficult than it needs to be. A significant amount of information is communicated informally, so it can take time to piece together end-to-end processes and decision logic, especially when onboarding or joining new initiatives. In a highly matrixed environment, this can create gaps between how work is expected to flow and how it actually moves in practice.

Pros

Compared to my previous SaaS sales role, this job has been a dream. There is alot to learn and manage, expectations are set high, but they give us the tools we need to do our jobs very well. Outstanding 1st line leader and team have helped me onboard and ramp quickly. Everyone internally is willing to help, explain, dig into, and go out of their way to overcome hurdles. Great base pay, benefits, and too many extra perks to count.

Cons

The only con that I could put is that the internal data is a bit messy, but it's a work in progress.

Pros

Flexible hours, 99% of people are chill, not like other call centers where they pressure you to take as many calls as possible and force you to make sales. Very diverse coworkers including race, age, gender. The job is very much "on your own" which can be good or bad. Manage your expectations (pay, work load, effort) and you should be good. This job is definitely not sustainable long term.

Cons

Very laughably low pay. These are starving wages ($17.60/hr). I don't understand how others are getting by. Even credentialed employees are paid dust while the company makes record profits every year. Also, the platform has many technical issues. The tech support that exists is going to a lead that will tell you to clear cache and cookies for the millionth time when the problem is clearly not on the users end. Experts end up taking the blame for these problems when customers get frustrated.
