To sum it up for those of you who don't know. When Wiremold in west Hartford got taken over by Legrand they completely screwed all the employees. They came in right when the union contract was being renegotiated. This company came in and basically said to the employees sign this contract or we are moving to Mexico. Mind you, you have people who have invested there whole lives in this place. By signing this contract people took eight dollar cuts in pay, lost vacation time, personal days, and much more. I have seen this company slap made in America stickers on stuff that was made in mexico. Its a very shady company who has no respect for there workers. This is sad but true. People need to know this stuff. Im sick of seeing these companies who take no pride or integrity in their workers. These are the people making you your billions and you are giving absolutely nothing back. People who work here haven't got raises in over six years!!!!!!
