I loved helping and being creative with my customers.
Cons
No help from management during the busiest time of the year. Had to manage helping 5+ customers waiting for me on the framing counter at times during my shifts and when I begged for help on the radio multiple times, I was told I had to do it all myself, on top of having 15-20 something orders that needed to be done. I was basically stretched thin, had customers get upset with me for not having enough help or people. I cried every day and would come in 2 hours early and stay 2 hours later just to get production done during the holidays.
