Pros

The fact that they still exist.

Cons

New CEO is arrogant and conniving he uses people and discards them. He solicits positive feedback on Glassdoor. Advocates for change and positivity and proceeds to wreck havoc and disparage legacy employees. There is a my way or the highway mentality that has people fearful of giving opinions or feedback. The terminations and changes to staff are shrouded in secrecy. Unfortunately this has become a horrible place to work. Gestapo mentality.

Pros

The company hosted an all-employee Open Forum meeting during my first week at the firm. After working in a corporate environment for 15+ years I had come to approach these meetings with a healthy cynicism. To my surprise and delight - I was blown away by the authenticity, energy and culture on display. The people here are earnestly kind and dedicated to the company’s mission and building positive momentum. The average tenure here is 17+ years, which speaks for itself. 10/10, no notes.

Cons

Like I said, no notes.
