I am sharing the insights of this company’s work life balance which I was literally impressed from the day 1. You’ll have the flexibility to work on daily basis. No micromanagement. You can step out for doctors appointments and such emergency things which was helpful in my case quite a lot of times.

I don’t see cons in the company I love or the school I go or even the restaurant I chose to go!

If you are from India, or if you have family there, they appear to offer helpful benefits and treat you well.

Laughable experience. I've watched managers berate people publicly in team meetings. Watched them make avoidable mistakes that set employees up for failure, and then text those employees' personal phone numbers telling them how "disappointed" they are in them. Intensely disrespectful of your time and boundaries. Requires that you submit your personal phone number to a project so they can call you anytime they deem it necessary. Watched them promote a manager, promising a pay increase, and then not pay them that increase. I've had a skip-level downplay my team's importance to a project to save a few bucks on the contract. My experience has been failed projects, unhappy clients, stressed coworkers. Bad communication, and then you take the blame. If you work here, document everything and prepare to defend yourself with it. Mess.
