Pros
There are a few good leaders who truly care, but the owner and those who blindly flatter him are some of the worst people you could work under.
Cons
This company has a clear pattern: when times get tough, employees pay the price. During COVID and now again with the current regional situation, NAFFCO’s response has been the same—cut salaries, reduce allowances, and shift the burden onto workers without real transparency or fairness. It’s not about survival; it’s about protecting profits at the expense of employees. There is little to no regard for staff welfare. Instead of supporting the people who keep the business running, management chooses the easiest route—take from employees. That says everything about the company’s priorities. If you’re looking for a workplace that values people, stability, and respect, this is not it. Be prepared for sudden decisions, lack of communication, and zero empathy when it matters most. One of the worst companies to work for during difficult times.
