heavy travel, constant changes in the company processes and management can be a challenge if you are not comfortable with change and growth this company may not be a great fit

Pros

The remote work in the US is great, and the truly flexible PTO is good. They do seem to care about DE&I and inclusion.

Cons

Since the acquisition by private equity in 2021, it's been a long slide downhill with constant layoffs. They have offshored the majority of the staff to India and Mexico, and are focused on cutting costs with no clear strategy. The technical teams seem to trying to turn Nielsen into an AI first company, which is having a detrimental effect on panel and data quality. So many wonderful and talented people have been laid off. Raises and promotions were also indiscriminately paused with no clear communication on when they would return.
