- Amazing work/life balance
- Huge long term potential, Prime is poised to grow.
- Hires only workers in the lower 48
Cons
- Hiring manager only interacts with FTEs.
- My workstream functions like its 2009, everyone works out of massive spreadsheets, nothing is standardized, focused on data collection rather than process outcome.
- So much micromanagement from team members I have my team mates approve every communication I make including basic emails (Scheduled appointments, follow ups, etc) to avoid negative feedback (there is no positive feedback on this team).
- Racially biased hiring managers - Example, there is a team with 12 people and one manager. 8/12 are the same race as the manager. This is not inclusive.
