Pros

Everything you could want in a corporate job: nice space to work, beautiful views of the city, competitive pay with benefits, and the work is interesting, if you know what you're doing. The cafeteria food is delicious, and affordable. I've heard rumors that it's operated at a loss because the company ran the numbers and calculated that it's more cost-effective to do so in order to keep the employees healthy so they can pay for less sick leave.

Cons

It can be hard to get answers to questions about how processes actually work and what is expected of you. Sick leave and vacation time come from the same pot, so you will get fewer days off if you get sick a lot.

Pros

- I came to PRU with my SIE, s63, and s65. They paid for my s7. - Because its a commission-only role, you don't have a boss breathing down your neck

Cons

- The leads they offer you are few in # and almost entirely from previous life insurance customers. You cannot rely on them if you are looking to build AUM. It can even be difficult to sell life insurance to them because the leads are 60+ years old.
