The people are so, so kind. The culture is professional, hard-working, and gives one solid perfect work-life balance.

I like the three day in office policy. It's nice to see people. But I can imagine that being an issue for some.

For me it's all about the people that you work with.. I've been in very toxic workplaces in the past and know firsthand how much compassionate management with empathy matters. I really lucked out at RAPP because the management is awesome and has been incredibly supportive of my very severe chronic medical issues I've had to live with the last few years. They know I get the work done and they always have my back.

The work can be a bit dry compared to other Marketing roles I've had in the past.. it's not very creatively rewarding. I wish there were a bit more exciting creative opportunities on more diverse accounts to work on. Also the pay is a bit below the industry standard for California with the specific tech role I do.
