Pros
Did not have a good experience from beginning. 1st day was snowing and I set up early. I got the the client site and sat in the lobby. When Breanna arrived, she stated "I should have sat in my car and waited for her, she was late, there was an accident" Very rude.
Cons
Staff I dealt with are clueless with ADA, EEOC and labor laws, It became apparent due to my experience. The person I worked for sent me an email "don't hire anymore blacks, they don't show up" And reiterated the information in person the next day. I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy. I stated "this is racism". I was fired the following week. I got a call and was told my assignment was terminated. I told the female that called me about the emails and what had transpired. No follow up. The key I had had to be returned. I returned it to the client site in a white envelop and took a picture, I slid it through the door. I did not feel comfortable with going to Robert Half office after my experience.
