Pros
100% employer covered health insurance, relatively competitive market, room for growth depending on your field
Cons
Employees are overworked and expected to perform at 100% daily despite messes created on management side. Employees ultimately have to clean up messes as a result of random firings, lack of training, and staff shortages plus messes made by other teams. It is a workhorse company that doesn't support the employees that contribute to their growth in performance.
"Rest" is recommended but managers will also expect you to complete all your work in one day even when sometimes that is not possible without going over your allotted hours. Lots of backstabbing as well - some employees are not team players and will create false narratives about you to put your position in jeopardy - especially if you are a person of color. Management will not believe you even if you are able to provide evidence proving otherwise. Prepare for microaggressions, sexist commentary and blatant racism from employees of certain teams as well. Be careful if you apply for any role at this company!
