Comp could be better, company is kinda cheap. Subsidiary model is really bad for long term growth, Unless they fix (remove) this the company will never grow at the pace it should WAY too many bad people, Company refuses to let go of weak people that aren't helping growth. Sales leadership is very weak and incapable of making tough decisions. They also seem to lack any sense of strategy and are just making stuff up consistently. Lack of technical expertise in north america. It's a collection of mediocre sellers and mediocre managers Germans are really bad at admitting certain products are weak or hard to use. Company just copies everything competitors do, not much creativity. NPIs take too long - consistently missing market windows.
