Great company, all the resources you could expect.

After a year+ I have no cons

I have a manager who advocates and supports us as a team and as individuals but this is not the norm. I am fully remote. Unlimited time off (yes I know it’s to the company’s advantage but to mine as well).

Pay does not align with other companies. C-Suite is out of touch, especially the CEO. His views are very… traditional. Meaning their views and opinions of an old, white, privileged man. SS&C is VERY siloed. Most of us in one division have no clue the other divisions exist. Puts a huge blocker on opportunities within the company.
