      Startup with new processes: I got to design the process and roll it out to other locations Promotion: I climbed up and was promoted Cross department switches: I was able to work from one department to another

      Cons

      Lower wage positions received worse benefits, leaves and stocks (customer facing, phone callers, car cleaners) Many rounds of layoffs, moral was low
