Everything else, leadership, corporate, bureaucracy, lead quality, training, other sales departments will cancel your order and put in in their name but if you do it in this role your fired, shaddy sales people (top proformers), territory, "open door policy more like figure it out i just work here in leadership policy", lack of support unless they want to blame you for anything, cluster of problems that lose you sales at every turn and have customers cussing you out because company drops the ball again, horrific reputation with customers your trying to get back, horrible call centers with either angry employees who will not help or scummy sells people who will try to upsell your customer or completely steal them from you, training will make you understand less after but attempt to teach you nothing about the systems or skills you need to know you will learn the systems by stumbling through trying to figure out how to sell mobile (nightmare) corporate is nothing but moron mouth pieces that repeat buzzwords and tell you to get more sells and never sold anything, you will get bombarded with dumb trainings that take hours and repeated meetings that take hours and system error crashes and problems at every turn that nobody can fix because nobody has the capability to fix it and when you can't do your job you will get written up and threatened and told to get more sells.... absolutely a disappointment. Oh they will also send you to nothing but abandoned houses non existent locations or extremely angry customers who canceled last week, its a culture of people who are just there to check the boxes that they technically did their job
