      Pros

      Flexible work. Its a temp agency so if I need a day off there's always someone to cover.

      Cons

      Starting out it sometimes take a while to get long term employment. After a few months of one off work days here and there mostly covering weekend work and worker sick days I was finally on a site for over 6 months and then another site long term.
