In full transparency there is none.

The company initially gave me high hopes as I admired its mission and truly believed I could grow there. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn after a change in supervision. Despite my commitment and contributions, I felt that personal conflicts or misunderstandings with a new supervisor ultimately impacted my role. It was disheartening to realize that professional growth and collaboration were not valued as I had expected. While I still respect the company’s overall vision, my experience taught me the importance of fostering supportive leadership and communication in the workplace.
