Brand is solid and well respected. Hybrid work offers a lot of flexibility--but theres a catch (I'll get to that in a minute). Gym and lunch room are nice. There are a lot of really good people that work there.

Hybrid work comes with a catch--you are quietly expected to be available at all times. If you are down taking a laptop to your childs soccer game then you'll be good to go. Your personal life is 2nd to VGO. If there are a lot of openings in certain departments ask lots of questions. Theres a reason.
