Great benefits and great supportive staff. The campus is huge and the systems can also be troubleshooted remotely which helps a lot. Great work life balance as well
Cons
Sometimes you may have to work independently for example on weekends, but this is ok.
Decent pay at the time, even though a colleague told me he made more when he started through a contractor.
The most I enjoyed there was the extra holiday time off as long as you make it through back to school season.
Cons
They'll cover up and make anything up to make themselves look better. I was threatened face to face by a colleague for standing up to them and their harassment when they thought I was 'underperforming' even though it wasn't their place to worry about that. HR said they were being "initiative" when I asked how they still have their job. That person still went on with the same harassing energy towards a new hire not long after the first instance, still never fired.
